v  Failure to maintain books of accounts and other documents. Normally, the amount of penalty leviable is ₹25,000/-.

v  A penalty of ₹50,000 shall be attracted for furnishing inaccurate statements.

v  Failure to furnish any information/ document about international transactions shall attract a penalty of 2% of the value of such transaction.

v  Failure of an eligible investment fund to furnish any statement/information/documents within the prescribed time shall attract a penalty of ₹5,00,000.

My Favorite one is Google Drive where I store my Important documents. I have made one folder in my Google Photos app as FY 2023-24, and FY 2024-25, I try most of the time if I come across any imp document I click the photo and move it to the respective folder in my phone, these ways I always have imp document handy. Even some of the time document length is more than I prefer to get it scanned from the office and then I upload the same on Google Drive.
